Because our products are custom made, we only accept returns and issue refunds for items with material defects or production errors identified upon delivery. To request a refund, please email info@mahoapparel.com within 24 hours of delivery of your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved returns must be in new condition, meaning unworn and unwashed, with all original items included. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that artwork fees are non-refundable, but we do provide unlimited revisions to ensure your boat artwork looks exactly the way you want before production begins.
